Clare worked in the Banking sector for 12 years in a variety of project management roles, gaining experience in both the retail and business sectors, particularly in the area of business change.  In 2008 she retrained as a teaching assistant, where she enjoyed the challenge of helping small groups of children with educational needs to develop their abilities in English and Maths.

Clare and her husband Ian, a Baptist Minister, live in Telford with their two teenage children, Bethan and Stuart.  Clare was active in church leadership until recently, when health issues caused her to take a back seat.  She joined ReSource in 2019, and works part-time from the Telford office.  She currently co-ordinates the Bookings Diary for ReSource.
