Alison carries a deep passion for Healing and Freedom—freedom from anything that holds us back, and freedom to step boldly into our Kingdom identity. She understands healing in a wide breadth, including in her work as a GP, and raising the next generation of doctors as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Lancaster Medical School.

Alison serves as Healing Adviser for Carlisle Diocese and is a Licensed Lay Worker and Honorary Lay Canon. She firmly believes in the calling and ministry of all God’s people, both lay and ordained.

Alison lives near Kendal, where she enjoys the beautiful fells and valleys of the Lake District. She worships at St Mary’s Church Longsleddale, and St Thomas’ Kendal. She is married and has one adult son.

She is co‑author of the ReSource course Alive in Christ, which is also available in Welsh.
